My last job at “Gaijin Entertainment” was Service Reliability Engineer. I worked day and night shifts at the first and second lines. “First line” means constantly monitoring systems for alerts, abnormal behavior, and unexpected changes in performance metrics. “Second line” means working on regular and overnight tasks to help engineers on the first line. When there is an incident during my shift, I help track the incident timeline and help resolve the incident.
During this time, I also learned more about Puppet and Ansible and gained experience with Beanstalk and oVirt.
System Administrator @ GLOS #

As a System Administrator at “GLOS,” I oversaw and developed the infrastructure. This included putting together, setting up, and configuring servers for cloud deployment or colocation placement. During my time at GLOS, I gained experience in testing and fixing technologies, including Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Curiefence, Kolla-Ansible, and Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana. I also helped solve problems with these technologies, making sure they worked well together.I also used Gitlab CI to make the deployment process more efficient.
